Delete a group of a form

DELETE 
/property-groups/:id

Deletes the group. Its fields are left in no group, so the form no longer draws them until they are placed in another one (PUT /property-groups/{id} with fields). A system group cannot be deleted (422 id: locked), nor one holding a field the form cannot be saved without (422 fields: missing:<code>; move it first). Administrators only. Since 4.3.1.

Unknown route, or the resource is missing or in the trash; message names what was looked for (task, note, payment_receipt, expense…). On an expenses route, message: "expenses" means the plugin is not active.

Invalid input. details maps each field to a reason the client can switch on (required, invalid, not_found, conflict, unsupported, …; see each operation); _: rejected is a refusal by EVX Software's own save, with its message.
