Add a group to a form

Adds a group to the form of a content object type. name is required; alignment defaults to left and order to after the last group. fields, when sent, is the list of fields the group holds, in order: each is taken out of the group it was in and keeps the settings it had there (label, help, disabled). A field is a code — a field of the object, a dimension, a custom property, or object_subtype_id — or {kind, code} with the kind GET /property-groups reports, for a code that would be ambiguous. Without a kind a code is looked up in that order: subtype selector, field, dimension, custom property. Administrators only. Since 4.3.1.

Unknown route, or the resource is missing or in the trash; message names what was looked for (task, note, payment_receipt, expense…). On an expenses route, message: "expenses" means the plugin is not active.
