What the caller may do
GET/me/permissions
The enabled dimensions that define permissions, with the caller's access to each, and —
for a non-administrator — the members they can read in those dimensions with their
rights per object type. An administrator gets is_administrator: true, the dimensions,
and members: null: they pass every check.
